Postscriptum is a personal journaling application. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Everything you write belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your journal entries, backstory, or any content you create in the app.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate the service — generating questions, insights, and memoir drafts on your behalf.

• Premium plans are billed monthly ($7.99/mo) or annually ($59/yr) via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• You can cancel any time from Settings — your access continues until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the AI systems
• Share account access with others
• Use the service if you are under 13 years of age

Postscriptum uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate questions, insights, and memoir drafts. This content is provided for personal reflection only — it is not professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, legal, or financial). Use your own judgement.

We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee uptime or availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently removes all your data.

Postscriptum is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
